Import Permits (non-U.S. Customers only)

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with the finest and most reliable testing for birds, we would like to remind our customers outside the United States and its territories that all samples submitted to Avian Biotech must be accompanied by the following documentation:

1. A USDA Import permit (provided by Avian Biotech)

2. A US Fish and Wildlife permit (provided by Avian Biotech)

3. A submission form (provided by Avian Biotech) listing the species name and origin of each sample.

4. Cites Export permits are required for all Appendix I, II and III species of birds. Export permits can be obtained from your management authority.
